  Toastie was horrible, didn’t understand what coffee with milk on the side was …. didn’t ask …. just didn’t supply. Other person had cafe latte very weak and cold. Won’t be returning. One star for having a table undercover.

  This cafe has one of the rudest serving staff on the planet. Train your staff manners, I am sure the business will improve.

  Worts service ever at this store today (Sunday 27/3/22). We will NEVER go back to this store. Rude, arrogant and racist girl child behind the counter. Young enough to be my daughter. Didn't bother to greet me even though I politely greeted her. I then asked her about bread options due to our dietary requirements. She replied with one word answers in the rudest way. We left and spent our money at another cafe in the same centre. We all agreed that we will NEVER go back here. In my opinion, if U are not Asian, stay away from this store!!

  The most disgraceful customer service ever received. Would give negative stars if available. Small Asian lady I assume is owner, yelled at me when coffee was ready to collect because I was on phone and didn't come over straight away. There was no-one else there waiting, my coffee wasn't taking up anyone's room. Told her I was busy on phone, coffee already paid for, so no need to get upset. She replied 'I'm busy too!' Told her to take a deep breath and calm down. She also butted in when I asked the nice young girl who served me what blend the coffee was, and if they have mild blend. Owner butted in asking what's the problem, I said 'don't worry' because she looked so stressed by the question. This woman has no idea about customer service, don't know how she has any customers. Though it seems mostly Asian people go there, so they must accept her aggression as normal or perhaps she doesn't treat them that way. As I was leaving up the stairs, I looked back, still in disbelief over this woman's aggressive attitude, and she was actually eyeing me out. I just shook my head and kept walking... never again.
