- Nicholas Gambaro Added April 18, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am sorry to say I will never use Kevin he has lots to learn about customer service. I was recommended to use Safetek but a simple job took a week and 3 visits to finally get right. Kevin is nice enough but nice doesnt help when the lock he supposedly fixed locks you out and he wont answer his phone. I had to sleep at a friends and when he did ring me he could get back till late that arvo (why couldnt this get fixed on first visit ?). Hopefully this review will make you do a little more about looking after your customers.
