  Cyber Bullying stops at the WISE. For those who write negative reviews without brains, Paul Johnston, check out the buyer's application in the Supreme Court of Queensland, No. 4859 of 2016, for a return of deposit to that buyer, was DISMISSED on 3/6/2016. In the Court record, the buyer
  used a fake finance letter to pull out the first contract then approached the land owner to sign a new contract with no finance, UNDER THE TABLE, putting the agent in the dark, how ugly was that?! Hey, when the first contract was still alive, they signed a new one, is that ILLEGAL? Look at P.441 & 442 of the Court transcript. No wonder, an untrustworthy buyer and a dodgy owner created a huge mess thereafter. If this business fought over years, it is fighting for its integrity. Why there is no responsible reporter out there telling the true story?

  We signed a contract to buy a land a few years ago through Stephanie. The contract did not go through because we did not get finance. We got our deposit back quickly. We just purchased a land again through Stephanie this year. This time is really smooth and we got our finance successfully. Thank you Stephanie for her help and professionalism. We will let her sell our house in the future. I think she is very fair and extremely professional. Will recommend her to anyone we know.

  Be mindful that if you put a deposit down on a home and the sale falls through the company will try and keep your deposit!!. As if that isn't bad enough, they will drag it through the courts only for the courts to award compensation to you for what you were legally entitled too in any case.   i have just purchased from this business and found Stephanie is very easy to deal with. she attends to details and seems to know a lot about real estate. i feel very comfortable with her and the staff there. i am an absolute happy customer.
